Kathryn Sophia Belle, Ph.D., RYT 500
(formerly Kathryn T. Gines)
I completed my first yoga teacher training in 2010 (RYT-200) in Hatha yoga and my second yoga teacher training in 2015 (RYT 500) emphasizing yoga therapy. I was inspired to become certified because of my love for yoga and my desire to share the love of yoga with others. I discovered and connected to my body (beyond my embodiment) in healthy and helpful ways through yoga. In addition to my yoga practice, I enjoy meditation, running, biking, cardio kickboxing, and strength training.
When I am not making the mind/body connection through yoga and other physical activities, I am offering workshops and coaching related to Work.Life.Wellness.Balance.Bliss or I am thoroughly engaged in the life of the mind as a philosophy professor.
I can be reached via email at [email protected].
